Originally from Rochester, NY, Tricia Grannum, transplanted to Buffalo, NY in 2001 to attend the University at Buffalo, where she studied Communications with a focus in Marketing, and minor in African American Studies. After graduating from the University at Buffalo, she moved to New Jersey where she made her mark working for (2) Event Marketing firms, Skyline and Impact XM, both of which enabled her to develop her skills as a Project Manager, and within Logistics and Planning. There she worked specifically with Engineering in the US and German division, as well as R&D to develop and test telematics functions for model year 15-17 Mercedes-Benz vehicles, as well as assist in the coordination of marketing and PR surrounding the release of new products and consumer information on these products. During this time, she planned and executed events throughout the greater metropolitan area from fashion shows, charity fundraisers, and awards shows. As well as worked part time for New York Based Magazine, EXUDE, where she served as a women’s fashion editor, covering events from the International Emmy Awards, to New York Fashion Week. Eventually making her way back to Buffalo, NY, Tricia currently works as a Purchasing Coordinator, procuring metals for automotive parts and Maintenance, Repair and Operational supplies to keep the facility operational.
