Melissa Lee, Fiscal Director
Melissa graduated from Duke University in 2002, earning a B.A. in Psychology. At Duke, she joined the Lambda Omega Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. After graduation, Melissa came home to New York, moving to Harlem as she worked in music and advertising before deciding to go back to graduate school to pursue an MBA in Finance, which she finished in 2008 at Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. She joined the Ralph Lauren organization that year as a staff accountant, and has since climbed the ranks to currently serve as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. For the Ralph Lauren organization, Melissa oversees annual revenues of over $150M and an operating budget of over $30M. Melissa is also the outgoing Chair of the Civics & Economics Committee of the New York Urban League Young Professionals.
