We would love to host you as a vendor! You're almost there❤️🖤💚 We have your info now all we need is payment! This form DOES NOT secure your booth. ONLY VENDORS WHO SUBMIT FORM PAYMENT (AND PERMITS FOR FOOD) WILL SECURE A BOOTH. Thousands will be in attendance and so will the Press! We want to help you get the bag on Saturday 6/15 from 11-7pm on West 125th Street &Adam Clayton Powell Blvd!

The fee is due ASAP and paperwork due May 30 (all payments are non-refundable) *. Payment will include: 10x10 booth space
